Temporary position : 4 months contract commencing 1 April July 2024
Working hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location :
Taman Maluri Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Place order, key stock, issue PO / DO / INV, liaise with Vendors and follow up for equipment delivery.
- Maintains accurate records, compare pricing, check stock availability and follow up files of purchases, shipments and related matters.
- May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform related job duties as required.
Requirements:
- Malaysian with junior level experience in purchasing administration skills.
- Ability to utilize computerized inventory system, Microsoft office and basic office equipment.
- Responsible, resourceful, positive attitude.
- Academic background / experience : Purchasing / Administration.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Job Type:
Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
