- Ensure invoice data 3 way matching.
- Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.
- Create product codes; maintain cost of products.
- Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.
- Perform wastage data record and prepare report.
- Perform stock check and cost check, data key in.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel in particular) and experienced working in a computerized accounting environment.
- Good time and stress management.
- Aggressive and energetic attitude towards work and performance.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multitask, goal oriented, assertive, hands on problem solver and result driven.
- Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Malaysian only.
Salary :
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
