Job Description-Accurate inventory data key in for DO and PO.
  • Ensure invoice data 3 way matching.
  • Contact, place and follow up orders with supplier in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create product codes; maintain cost of products.
  • Generate, photocopy, file and maintain document integrity.
  • Perform wastage data record and prepare report.
  • Perform stock check and cost check, data key in.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.

  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel in particular) and experienced working in a computerized accounting environment.
  • Good time and stress management.

  • Able to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
  • Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multitask, goal oriented, assertive, hands on problem solver and result driven.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
