The job is a Receptionist cum admin role where you will be handling with greeting visitors, answering phone calls, restocking new hire kits and office supplies, and managing paperwork. Also you will be handling new joiners that are coming in where you will be handling their visas, assisting with on-boarding and off boarding, coordinating temporary accommodation, and overseeing work permit renewals

about the manager/team
The team is led by a manager who is both friendly and highly detail-oriented. The working arrangement is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with all team members working in the office during these hours.

key responsibilities

Reception and Administrative Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries.
Restock new hire kits, office supplies, fruits, and ice cream.
Manage personal filing and organize paperwork.

Recruiting Support (40%):
Handle visas at the Employment Services Department (ESD).
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate temporary accommodation for New Joiners.
Oversee the renewal of work permits.
