Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive Cum Admin to join our team at KNH Engineering & Construction (M) Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Management: Process payroll and ensure timely completion, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee files and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  3. Claims and Benefits Administration: Verify and process overtime claims and allowances, prepare monthly payroll summaries and overtime reports, and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions.
  4. Employee Communications: Handle employees' Socso claims, prepare related documents, and report to the labour department as required.
Requirements
  1. Education: Diploma or degree in HR Management or a related field.
  2. Experience: At least 2 years of related working experience in the field, with experience in monthly payroll processing.
  3. Skills: Strong numerical skills, computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications and Payroll Systems, and excellent communication and written skills in English.
