We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive Cum Admin to join our team at KNH Engineering & Construction (M) Sdn Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities- Payroll Management: Process payroll and ensure timely completion, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee files and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Claims and Benefits Administration: Verify and process overtime claims and allowances, prepare monthly payroll summaries and overtime reports, and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions.
- Employee Communications: Handle employees' Socso claims, prepare related documents, and report to the labour department as required.
- Education: Diploma or degree in HR Management or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of related working experience in the field, with experience in monthly payroll processing.
- Skills: Strong numerical skills, computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications and Payroll Systems, and excellent communication and written skills in English.
- Medical Claim: Comprehensive medical claim coverage.
- EPF: Participation in the Employees Provident Fund scheme.
- Socso: Participation in the Social Security Organisation scheme.
- Annual Leave: Generous annual leave entitlement.
