HR Operations Executive

We are seeking an HR Operations Executive to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of HR processes that support our company's strategic objectives and employee needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration: Manage payroll in compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the onboarding process, including employment contracts, HRIS, and administrative tasks.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • General HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment support.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Understanding of payroll systems, Singapore labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Practical knowledge of Infotech systems is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
