Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll in compliance with Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Oversee the onboarding process, including employment contracts, HRIS, and administrative tasks.
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interview schedules, and administrative tasks.
- General HR Administration: Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other HR team members and departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and recruitment support.
- Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
- Understanding of payroll systems, Singapore labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Practical knowledge of Infotech systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
