Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Cum Accountant to join our team at Hello Dental Clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Filing and Organization: Manage physical and electronic files, maintaining a systematic filing system for easy retrieval.
- Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence, drafting and editing memos, reports, and other documents.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars for executives or team members.
- Customer Service: Assist clients and customers professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Order and manage office supplies, monitoring inventory levels and reordering as needed.
- Meeting Support: Set up meeting rooms, prepare and distribute materials for meetings.
- Basic Bookkeeping: Record and process expenses, assisting with financial tasks as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions and activities.
- Technology Use: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software, with the ability to adapt to industry-specific tools and systems.
- Assisting Management: Provide administrative support to executives or managers.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous tasks such as research or special projects.
- Accounting Background: A background in accounting or relevant coursework is required.
- LCCI Qualifications: Must have LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting or equivalent.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
