Foot and Body Sanctuary Spa is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Massage Spa Receptionist cum Admin Staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage spa appointments and ensure the smooth flow of daily schedules
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about spa services
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of spa supplies
- Collaborate with massage therapists and other staff to ensure a positive customer experience
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of spa services and terminology is a plus
- Ability to maintain a calm and positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant certification or training in administration or hospitality is a plus
