Job Responsibility To attend to all secretarial duties, administration and provide support to the Director and Operations Manager of the Company with minimum supervision while able to maintain highest degree of confidentiality.

Scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments. Maintaining confidential records and information.

Follow-up with emails, mails, and correspondences to ensure appropriate actions being taken or attended to on behalf of the Management.

Remind the Director of important tasks and deadlines. Responsible to manage daily operations, administration, and ad-hoc matters.

Other administrative duties including organizing calendar, handling & compilation of confidential matters, phone calls & faxes, couriers, letters, utilities billing, stationeries, office & outlet equipment / facilities and through on all matters requiring further action.

Help with daily time management. Run errands as requested. Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation. Other personal ad-hoc tasks given by Director. Job Requirements SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills. Computer literate and numerate. Ability to work under pressure. Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Aggressive and fast learner. Good attitude and responsible character. Job Benefits Medical claim insurance.
