Executive Personal Assistant (South East Asia)
  • KLCC Central What you will do: The Executive Personal Assistant is responsible for providing secretarial support to the Managing Director.
The successful incumbent must be able to work independently, under tight deadlines and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and coordinate an ever-changing complex calendar with an understanding of business priorities to offer alternatives and considerations as needed to maximize the Managing Director's time and efficiency.

Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements, including visa, flights and accommodations, ensuring compliance with the latest travel protocols. Coordinate internal and external team meetings, both onsite and via online. Ensure timely submission of expense claims via the Concur claim system for the Managing Director. Maintain contact database – scanning/entering details of business cards, and keeping contacts up to date. Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants in the region, including providing support during periods of absence.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum degree with at least 6-8 years of working experience as an Executive Assistant in MNC consulting or professional services industry.

Able to multi-task with strong organizational and time-management skills. Mature, responsible, and hard-working with a pleasant personality. Independent, meticulous, and able to maintain high professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Professional handling of confidential and sensitive materials/assignments.
