They are seeking for a Personal Assistant.

Key Accountabilites:

Plan and organise travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.Schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary briefing papers are prepared and distributed in advance.Maintain efficient filing and data storage systems, including email management and retrieval, to meet organisational needs.Provide meeting support by arranging and servicing meetings, which includes drafting agendas, compiling papers and reports, taking minutes, and following up on action points.Perform all duties with utmost discretion and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Undertake any other duties relevant to the organisation's needs as directed. about the manager/team
This role is reporting to the MD.

Skills & ExperienceTertiary educationMinimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal AssistantExcellent listener and great communication skillsGreat data entry skillsGreat in time management, and multitasking
