Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed. Coordinate orientation sessions and assist in creating a positive onboarding experience. Handling staff attendance & monitoring staff leave records from time to time, including annual leave and medical claims. Maintains employee information by updating employment and status-change data in the system and personal file. Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Studies or any equivalent qualification. Basic understanding of Labor laws and HR compliance. Able to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice. Computer literate in MS Office. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
