Account Support Executive

About the Role

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to finalize subscription contracts.

Be point of contact for our customers in SEA and ANZ on matters relating to the contract terms for both new sales and renewals.

You are responsible for execution of the contracting and renewal processes within your assigned territory

Responsibilities:

  • Being the point of contact for sales for proposal creations
and pricing simulations for new sale and renewals.

  • Being the point of contact for your customers in everything related their contracts and renewals
  • Working with our customers to validate purchase history, usage statistics and identify opportunities to maximize the value of their subscription
  • Leading discussions and coordinate efforts with crossfunctional teams to construct complex and compliant contracts for our largest
  • Coordinating with processing team in Chennai to ensure deals are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Establishing an indepth understanding of our business models, contracting terms and our products, and execute processing in CRM when required
  • Working in close collaboration with sales teams to build plans to achieve our renewal target
  • Supporting projects aimed at increasing our process efficiency or to enhance our customers' experience with us

Requirements:

  • Have at least 5 years of Sales Operations, Renewals Sales or Order Management experience.
  • Have good communication and collaboration skills
  • Be an independent selfstarter who can anticipate business
needs and fulfill on them in a proactive

  • Have good organizational abilities and analytical skills
  • Have experienced with Microsoft Office productivity suite, especially Excel
