Responsibilities:

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Handle endtoend recruitment process (including screening, interview arrangement, and ensure compliance takes place), manpower planning, documentation processing, and orientation of new employees.
  • Conduct interview and selection procedures (screening calls, assessments and inperson interviews).
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that address position's requirements.
  • Mainly focus on hiring for the sales, office management and production department.
  • Will need to contact headhunting agencies in Vietnam due to expansion plans (2nd half of 2023).
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Will have to work on alternate Saturdays above the normal working hours (8:15am 5:30pm).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Malay and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment.
  • Indepth knowledge of hiring strategies, labour laws, and employment equity.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Be able to work under pressure.
