To assist Outdoor-sales in provide excellent customer service and to build good rapport with customer to satisfy each customer's needTo attend on incoming call and customer enquiriesTo check the validation of the quotation before issue the invoice and delivery orderIndoor-sales has to refer to respective Outdoor-sales for quoting price to customer.

They do not have authority on thisCustomer's place order process would be taken via fax, email, messenger, walk-in-customer, call-in, Outdoor-sales, or others communication channel.

Indoor must check every hour and respond within an hour, and must answer incoming call and return missed call immediatelyTo prepare submission to customer by following date-line given by customer or companyCooperate with others section of department to ensure the operation process running smoothlyTo backup indoor during their absent (off day, EL, AL, MC & training)To complete any ad-hoc job assign by superior/senior from time to timeAll Company data and information are highly confidential.

Nobody are allow to carry out from the Company premise without prior approval from the managementIf any account is under suspicious, indoor -sales would need to seek approval from outdoor-sales or managementAll dateline given by management or superior must be metMaintain proper filling of documentsUndertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the Management / superior from time to timeUndertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the superior from time to time
