ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Work with the management team to identify the potential risks that could prevent company growth, and develop strategies to manage these risks effectively.
  • Identify and research opportunities in both new and existing markets, analyzing trends and potential areas for growth to ensure the company stays competitive and can expand its market presence effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to the management team, ensuring they are wellinformed about new ideas, strategies, and opportunities that can drive the company's success and growth.
  • Collaborate across all departments, ensuring everyone works together effectively towards common business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and challenges, and provide solutions to address their specific problems.
  • Create proposals for each client's unique business needs and present them clearly and effectively.
  • Convert proposals into contracts that are ready for signature, ensuring all terms, conditions, and agreements discussed are accurately reflected in the finalized documents.
  • Develop a strategy to follow up with leads and determine new industries to pursue

SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The Business Executive typically work for corporations to contribute new ideas for company growth.

They use their knowledge of the company, its products and services to look for new ways to improve product quality and build off existing offerings.

The job is to act as a company representative to connect with clients and investigate business leads. They may also need to be able to write business proposals to outline their ideas to management.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships
  • Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software
  • Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task
  • At least 5 years of experience in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
RM7, RM8,000.00 per month
