Responsibilities:

  • Provide daytoday administration support to the department.
  • To prepare a report and summary.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
  • Preparing customer orders, parcels, and couriers.
  • Liaise with courier service & customers, assist accordingly.
  • Handle documentation, and data entry and organize the filing system effectively.
  • Maintains files and records to ensure all are updated and easily accessible.
  • Maintain confidential department files/records.
  • Maintenance of office equipment, to ensure all office equipment are well maintained and ensure timely service from suppliers.
  • Acting as a receptionist and greeting clients.
  • All other related or adhoc duties as may be required from time to time.
  • The company reserves the right to change responsibilities and duties where circumstances dictate.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reception admin or other related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • PC literate with good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
