Job Descriptions:

Accounting System:

  • Manage, maintain and updates all accounts in Accounting system including banks, account payables, accounts receivables, and petty cash.

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Review records of cash flow (receipt and payment) into the accounting system.
  • Daily / weekly reconciliation for bank statements with the company bookkeeping.
  • Maintain soft and hard copy files accordingly to their specific account folder.

Management Account:

  • Update the management account on a monthly basis for management update purposes.
  • Prepare report related to accounts / finance as needed by Management / Directors / external parties.

Regulators / Service Providers:

  • Assist in document and/or data preparation for external parties including service providers, regulators (related to finance's roles).

Audit:

  • Manage audit process every audit cycle (January
  • March) for Financial Year ending 31 December.
  • Work with auditor and external accountant (if required) to finalise and produce Financial Statement for submission to Regulators within deadline set.

Manage Finance Clerk:

  • Manage, review and monitor Finance Clerk.
  • Ensure daily / weekly / monthly / periodic work by Finance Clerk is complete accordingly within timeline set.
