1. In -Process QC will perform visual inspection and measurement specification based on Quality Standard Instruction (QSI).

  • Document inspection results by completing IPQC reports.
  • Prepare sample card for Injection Moulding Department machines as a reference during in-process inspection.
  • Prepare plastic parts for Statistics Load Test.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Communicate required adjustment to IPQC leader.
  • Maintain 5s in IPQC area.
  • Understand and follow the work instruction and procedures.
  • Follow the instruction from superior.
  • Follow the safety procedures.
  • Follow company rule and regulations.
  • Carry out other duties as and when instructed by superiors from time to time.
