Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and optimise funnelbased ads while meeting various campaign objectives on Meta, Google, TikTok and maximising business ROI to drive website traffic & leads, increase conversions with differentiated audience strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor and report on key metrics, test results, and their analyses to internal stakeholders.

Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as IT, Sales, and Creative Operations to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project deadlines.


  • Strategic Development: Brainstorm and contribute ideas & strategy during the planning of integrated marketing activities to achieve business and brand objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team to conceptualize, build, implement, and oversee a robust pipeline of optimizations aimed at improving conversion rates and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including managing digital marketing platforms like Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.
  • Experienced in technical setup on Pixel/GTM tracking.
  • Both strong data and creative mind in managing channels.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zapier, and HubSpot is an advantage.

Job Types:
