ADMIN CLERK

Job description

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the branch.
  • Manage office facility, inventory and order new supplies as and when needed.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
  • Manage and maintain office filing system both physical and electronically.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff if required only.
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records in designated systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff members in branch office.
  • Manage petty cash and maintain accurate bookkeeping.
  • Make arrangement for training and calibration of equipment's as per requirement from time to time.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
