Company Information

Administrative Support:
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
2.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary supplies and equipment functioning properly.
- Handle officerelated tasks such as filing, data entry, and recordkeeping.
3.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
4.
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
- Address queries from customers and provide appropriate information.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
