Position:
Sales Support/ Sales Admin/ Sales Coordinator

Location:
Bukit Rimau, Shah Alam

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting salesperson to call new/existing customers
  • Handle paperwork and documentation
  • Prepare Invoice, follow up with payment
  • Arrange schedule for salesperson with customers
  • Work with the team to be able to achieve team/company target
  • Interact directly with customers and suppliers/principles either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Respond promptly to customer /supplier inquiries, coordinate customer complaints with sales
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Manage administration
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • And any other related assignment from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum diploma holders, preferably with degree holders
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Have passion to learn and great sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communicator, able to build trust and grow trust with team members
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

Basic:
RM2,800 - RM3,300 (Average Basic plus Commission RM3000 to RM5000)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Benefit:
Transport Allowance is RM100

Commission:
Appx RM5 per unit.

Medical Coverage:
Medical claim 600 Per year
Annual Leave, Bonus & Etc

Working Days:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Job Types:

RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
