We're on the lookout for a Land Sourcing Agent to assist our Client.

  • Sourcing for Land Partners to collaborate with for deployment for rental revenue;
  • Providing a summary report on the lands provided by potential Land Partners and its surrounding areas;
  • Managing Land Partners and maintaining good partner relationship between the Company and Land Partners
  • Planning and coordinating the deployment process by working closely with State Managers and other service providers
  • Supporting and clarifying matters with the Hospitality team on the management of Land Partners regarding maintenance.

Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the portfolio primarily focuses on operations in Taiwan.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- a
Land Sourcing Agent: 1 year (preferred)
Land Partners: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (required)
