As an Accounts and Admin Clerk you will handle a variety of financial & administrative tasks within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering financial data into accounting software.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate financial records.
  • Processing invoices from suppliers.
  • Preparing and sending invoices to customers.
  • Verifying accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Generating regular reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Providing administration assistance for day to day running of the organization and its projects.
  • Handling communications with vendors and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Working Conditions:

  • Officebased role with standard working hours.

Pay:
From RM1,500.00 per month
