RelyOn Bestari Healthcare, a subsidiary of MSTS Asia Sdn Bhd (a Southeast Asia's leading health and safety training provider) is currently have an opening for a talented and passionate doctor to join our growing healthcare service at our clinic located at Permas Jaya, Johor.


Role of our Permanent Resident Doctor:
As our Permanent Resident Doctor, you will play a pivotal and dynamic role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care and contributing to the growth and success of our clinic

Your responsibilities will include:
1.

Comprehensive Patient Care:
Conducting thorough medical assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and creating personalized treatment plans for patients of all ages. You'll ensure that each patient receives compassionate and effective care tailored to their specific needs.

2.

TPA Coordination:
Collaborating with Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to manage insurance claims efficiently.

Your expertise in coordinating with TPAs will help streamline the reimbursement process for our patients, ensuring a seamless healthcare experience.

3.

Direct Panel Management:
Overseeing the healthcare needs of patients registered under our clinic's direct panel.

Building lasting relationships with these patients, you'll serve as their primary healthcare provider, offering continuity of care and fostering trust.

4.

Occupational Health Services:
Extending your medical expertise to provide specialized occupational health services.

Conducting pre-employment medical examinations, health screenings, and managing work-related injuries or illnesses, you'll help enhance the health and safety of employees in various industries.

5.

Medical Education Talks:

Sharing your knowledge and expertise by conducting engaging and informative medical education talks for our patients and the local community.

Your talks will focus on preventive healthcare, disease management, and promoting overall well-being.

6.

Clinic Management and PIC Role:

As the Person In-Charge (PIC) of the clinic, you will take on a leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day operations.

You'll work closely with the administrative team to optimize clinic efficiency, manage resources effectively, and ensure a smooth workflow. Your strategic decision-making and organizational skills will be crucial in maximizing clinic usage while minimizing costs.

7.

Onsite Medical Service:

As part of our commitment to providing accessible healthcare, you will be involved in providing onsite medical services to corporate clients or organizations.

This may include conducting health check-ups, health talks, and offering medical support during events.

8.

Medical Project Management:
Taking a lead role in medical project management initiatives within the clinic.

You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing healthcare projects that aim to improve patient care, enhance clinic services, and promote community health.

9.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Working closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including specialists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Your teamwork will contribute to a positive and nurturing clinic culture.

10.

Patient Education:
Empowering patients with the knowledge they need to manage their health effectively. Through clear communication and patient education, you'll help individuals take an active role in their well-being.

Continuous Professional Development:
Demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements will enhance the quality of care you provide to our patients.

Requirements:

1.

Medical Qualifications:
Possession of a recognized medical degree from a reputable institution.

You must be a registered medical practitioner with a full and valid license issued by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).

2.

Valid and Updated APC:

You should have a valid and up-to-date Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) issued by the Malaysian Medical Council, demonstrating your compliance with the necessary professional requirements.

OHD Training and NIOSH Registration (Added Value): Having Occupational Health Doctor (OHD) training and being registered with the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) will be considered an added value.

This will showcase your expertise in occupational health services and your commitment to workplace safety.
