MANAGER F&B

  • Manage daytoday F&B operations within guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Lead F&B team by recruiting, training, attracting and appraising talented personnel.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service and identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Provide a twoway communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
  • Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety legislation and requirements.
  • Ensure that all key quality standards are maintained and report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
  • Liaise with the Sales and Marketing team to collate and respond to all customer correspondence. Responsible of stock handling, stock control and stock cost management.
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
  • Any ad hoc assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of experience in F&B industry.
  • Performance driven, assertive, selfmotivator, hardworking, experienced, and mature personality.
  • Excellent business communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and customer focused.
  • Must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Good coaching, analytical and managerial skills.
  • A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
  • Able to work independently in fastpaced environment.
  • Able to multitask and pay attention to details.
  • Experience in restaurant management, preferably in cafe in restaurant chain
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage operations, including kitchen management and cost control

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Meal allowance

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

  • F&B Management: 5 years (preferred)
