JOB PROFILE
A coordinator assist and coordinate a day-to-day operations activity in the related department. Ensures timely paperwork or documents and maintains accurate records of transactions data in the system. Reports to an Executive of related department.

responsibilities

  • Responsible in recording the accounting data in the computerization accounting system with minimum supervision from the superior.
  • Responsible in handling and recording the petty cash float and the necessary documentations for the disbursement of petty cash as well as preparation of the documents for reimbursement.
  • Responsible of recording and filing of payment voucher, deposit receipts, suppliers invoices, invoices and other documents and make sure proper filing system in place
Job Tasks (Duties)

  • Preparation of payment cheque, payment voucher, customer invoices and receipts.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statement for each month.
  • Ensure that all documents are completed and kept in a safe place.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Superiors from time to time

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
