Account Assistant

- Responsible for the project account.
- Prepare the final account report.
- Assist on monitoring and supporting taxation matters.
- Assist manager to issue invoice, follow up payment, update database, etc.
- Assist and liaise with the employee in matters of salary, allowance, claim, etc.
- Assist and liaise with external and internal auditors for yearly closing to ensure audit is completed on a timely and accurate basis.
- Assist and liaise with bankers on deposits and financing matters.
- Assist and liaise with lawyers for legal matters.
- Assist on preparing internal reports requested by management.
- Handle any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Able to manage General Ledger, Account Receivables, Account Payables and Cashbook independently.
- Ensure smooth interface between operations and accounts department.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filling.
- Familiar with computerized MYOB accounting system.
- Assist on administration job.
- Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor as end when needed.
Job Requirements
- Selfstarter with good organization, methodical and multitasking skills with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines.
- Able to work well with others as a team and possess good personalities.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Good command in both written and spoken English.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Able to work under pressure, tight schedule and Independent.
Trainee will undergo 12 months program:
- Soft Skill Training for one 2 weeks.
- On Job Training for 11 months and 2 weeks
