Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Account Management: Handle a full set of financial accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Transaction Recording and Documentation: Record, document, and file account transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  3. External Liaison: Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, bankers, and statutory authorities, on corporate taxation matters.
  4. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
  5. Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate records of bank accounts and perform bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
  6. Fixed Asset Management: Maintain a fixed asset listing and ensure accurate tracking of company assets.
  7. Payment Verification: Verify payment vouchers and ensure accurate payment processing.
Requirements
  1. Education: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent in any related studies.
  2. Experience: Fresh graduates and those with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
  3. Skills: Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, Word) and familiarity with UBS accounting system.
  4. Language: Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
