Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets.
- Process invoices, expense forms, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in electronic and paper form.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of audits by providing supporting documents and information.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and correspondence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience (1-2 years) working in an accounting or finance role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office, i.e Excel.
- Integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
