JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist Warehouse Manager / Supervisor in warehouse operation
  • To support warehouse administrative works
  • To assist in shipping & delivery schedule
  • To perform data entry and maintain relevant records / documents
  • Handling admin duties in warehouse such as prepare and print delivery notes, assist warehouse manager to record warehouse staff attendance
  • Coordinate with other departments for delivery / shipment required
  • Able to work with a team and undertake any other adhoc duties as assigned by the manager when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year of experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
  • Has basic knowledge of Microsoft may be beneficial
  • Having good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the filling system.
  • Has experience in clerical and administration duties is a MUST

Pay:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
