Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with quality assurance and production teams to ensure all processes meet required safety and quality standards. Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and compliance reviews.

Compliance:

Hygiene Monitoring:
Regularly inspect and monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the factory premises.

Implement hygiene best practices and update procedures as needed to meet regulatory requirements. Address any hygiene-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Cleaning Staff Supervision:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff to ensure thorough cleanliness of the factory.

Schedule cleaning shifts and assign specific tasks to cleaning personnel, ensuring all areas of the factory are adequately covered. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance the effectiveness of cleaning operations.

Training Coordination:
Arrange and manage the scheduling of typhoid and food handling training courses for all relevant employees. Ensure that all factory workers complete necessary training on schedule and maintain up-to-date training records. Coordinate with external training providers to facilitate courses and update training materials as required.

Summary


The Administrative Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring operational compliance with health and safety regulations,compliance, monitoring factory hygiene, overseeing cleaning staff, and coordinating health and safety training.


Pay:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
