Procurement Admin

Assist in sourcing, selection and negotiate with supplier in term of pricing, quality, delivery, and service to ensure cost effective purchase.
- To assist Procurement Manager in preparing general documents.
- To lead the review and negotiate contracts, performance, and agreements.
- Plan and implement the process if selection, administration, and development.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
- Update payment status and categorized according to payment terms
- Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers.
- Manage material flow to ensure inventory is maintained to the optimum level to support on time deliveries whilst keeping inventory holdings at the appropriate level.
- Maintain database and records.
- Sourcing for alternate suppliers, as required.
- Vendor registration and other related administrative tasks
- To maintain good rapport with supplier & external vendor at the same time maximize the working capital by extending credit where feasible.
- Perform ad-hoc jobs assigned by Procurement Manager from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Preferably prior purchasing experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, specifically excel.
- Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external vendors.
- Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Melayu
- Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Nusajaya
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
