**Requirements**:

- Major in administrative management, secretarial studies, or related fields.
- Familiarity with asset management.
- Proficient in Office software and document management.
- Able to speak in Mandarin and English; Malay proficiency is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office operations, including communication, supply procurement, asset verification, and inventory.
- Coordinate travel logistics, bookings, and event planning for clients and leaders.
- Organize meetings, handle reservations, and support various company activities.
- Assist in invoice reimbursements and handle delegated tasks for colleagues.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
