One of the retail companies is looking for HR Manager to drive their HR team.

HR Manager will be responsible for development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with organizational goals and does not limit to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the establishment of policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct job interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Stay uptodate on labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping of employee information.
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information appropriately.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least 8 years in HR field.

  • Exposure from retail industry would be added advantage.
  • Possess good communication skills.
