JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and execute complex recruiting initiatives to identify, engage and secure the right fit at the right time with the right cost to fully meet business needs.
  • Cold calling
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects, emphasizing their benefits and addressing any inquiries they may have.
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities.
  • Developing your own network and relationships to establish yourself as an industry expert.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
  • Understanding client's hiring needs and introduce appropriate solutions to clients.
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret complex job requirements.
  • Achieving daily KPIs and monthly sales target
  • Ensuring closure of Job orders
  • Negotiate with clients to achieve the best contracts and agreements.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the goals as outlined in the strategic plan and overall objectives of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma and above.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
  • Independent and leadership qualities will be an added advantage.
