Hiredly is seeking a seasoned and high-performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us elevate our recruitment services to new heights.

  1. Drive sales growth and exceed placement targets by sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent with clients.
  2. Assess and understand client hiring needs and requirements to provide targeted recruitment solutions.
  3. Implement strategic recruiting methods to attract top-tier candidates, including job advertising and outreach.
  4. Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist the best candidates for each role.
  5. Source high-quality candidates through databases, social media, and professional networks.
  6. Conduct pre-interview screenings to ensure candidate qualifications and suitability.
  7. Match the most qualified candidates to appropriate positions, meeting client specifications.
  8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, offering professional advice and support.
  9. Prepare candidates for interviews and coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
  10. Conduct post-interview feedback sessions with candidates and clients, and manage job offer processes and salary negotiations.
  11. Represent Hiredly X professionally and effectively in client meetings.
  12. Generate new client leads and present Hiredly X's unique selling proposition effectively.
  13. Gain a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and cultures to accurately interpret their resourcing requirements.
  14. Mentor junior consultants, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and results.

  1. Dynamic individual with at least three years of work experience in any field or job function.
  2. Expertise in recruitment practices, with a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices would be an added advantage.
  3. Strong sales mindset with a strong determination to succeed.
  4. Fluency or business level of English communication.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  6. Team player, self-motivated, and resilient.
  7. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients and candidates.
