Job Responsibility
The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:

  • Providing administrative support in organizations
  • Improving knowledge of administrative works
  • Learning skills such as the company's technology, time management, detailorientation, and
written and verbal communication

  • Learning administrative, operation and customer service skills
  • Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
  • Collaborating with other members of the team.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and
making copies of documents

  • Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records
efficiently

  • Ability to multitask as and when required.
  • General/Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya (Nearby

  • High school diploma/ degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required.
  • Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Melayu.
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, etc.) is required.
  • Ability to remain calm in fastpaced environments.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • A professional appearance.
  • Strong selfmotivation.
