Job Responsibility
The job description of an administrative and operation intern typically includes:
- Providing administrative support in organizations
- Improving knowledge of administrative works
- Learning skills such as the company's technology, time management, detailorientation, and
- Learning administrative, operation and customer service skills
- Providing support to staff members in other departments as needed
- Collaborating with other members of the team.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents into an electronic system, and
- Assisting in the design and implementation of new procedures to create and file records
- Ability to multitask as and when required.
- General/Other administrative duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya (Nearby
LRT:
LRT SS15)
- High school diploma/ degree in marketing, business admin or similar may be required.
- Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Melayu.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, etc.) is required.
- Ability to remain calm in fastpaced environments.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- A professional appearance.
- Strong selfmotivation.
