1. Undertakes front desk duties, meeting and greeting members and guests and assisting them with any needs that arise. 2.

To be fully aware of clubhouse facilities, court booking procedures, membership eligibility and prices, so as to answer any questions that arise and provide accurate information to guests.

Ensure proper administration of the Clubhouse frontdesk, such as:

  • Sign up or cancel memberships
  • Disallow non-members or those with outstanding fees
  • Collect and record all payments according to IBRACO standards
  • Synchronize membership fee validity with the access control 4. Report any equipment and building facility breakdown and follow up with appropriate vendors for their repairs to the Front Desk Executive.
