Job Scope

  • Assisting and supports Project Team for tender / quotation preparation.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • To assist on general paper work, documentation and filing.
  • To perform any adhoc duties.
  • Handling E-Commerce Stock Preparation

Job Requirement:

  • Self starter, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good written and communication skills in English & Malay.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skill
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • General accounting knowledge and training will be provided.
- knowledge in inventory and basic accounting.

  • SPM/STPM/Diploma
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Salary:
RM1, RM2,600.00 per month
