Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service Excellence:
• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the dining area.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Menu Knowledge:
• Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings and make recommendations to guests.
• Table Setting and Preparation:
• Ensure tables are set according to restaurant standards before and after each service.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene:
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing used dishes and utensils.
• Cash Handling:
• Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
• Banqueting for Events:
• Assist in setting up and serving at banquets and special events hosted at the hotel.
• Restaurant Decoration:
• Participate in decorating the restaurant for special occasions and events.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and order accuracy
