Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Interview Coordination:

Employer Branding:

  • Promote a positive employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment materials.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and other recruitmentrelated activities.

Onboarding Support:

  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including timetofill and source of hire.
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and performance.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of recruitment processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an internal HR recruiter or inhouse talent acquisition role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Preferably Chinesespeaking individuals.

Job Types:

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
