Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews and negotiating employment offers.
  • Manage the on boarding process for new hires, including completing background checks, verifying employment eligibility and processing newhire paperwork.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and counselling to employees to improve their performance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records including employee data, benefits, annual leaves and time off records.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits administration including processing payroll and maintaining benefit records.
  • Undertake special assignments, adhoc functions and related duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in handling full spectrum of HR operations
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written will be added advantage
  • Experience in business partnering will be added advantage.
  • To have a growth mindset and eager to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, committed and a team player.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
