  • Job responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of the Management Office, overseeing the building and common property's management and maintenance in compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
  • Facilitating Annual General Meetings/Extraordinary General Meetings to promote effective communication and decisionmaking.
  • Regularly attending monthly and special meetings of the management committee alongside providing the Building Manager's monthly report.
  • Taking charge of preparing comprehensive minutes for all management committee meetings to document discussions and decisions.
  • Maintaining constant communication with Committee Members, providing updates on the progress of buildingrelated issues.
  • Implementing and enforcing house rules, bylaws, and additional bylaws to uphold a conducive living environment.
  • Spearheading the preparation and control of the annual management and maintenance budget for the building's operations.
  • Leading and monitoring the performance of both the administrative team and maintenance team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirements:

  • At least 5 years working experience in building management.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, problemsolving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, a strong customer service focus, a commitment to provide quality services and a sound knowledge of current stratified properties maintenance and management legislation (Strata Management Act (2013), Strata Management Regulations 2015, Strata Title Act 318 and any other relevant building Act) are essential to this role.
