Administrative Support 行政支持:
- 管理进出函件,包括电子邮件、信函和电话
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files and records.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Marketing Support 市场支持:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content for various platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

Communication and Coordination 沟通和协调:
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements 要求:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
