台灣語言專家,您將成為渴望旅行和旅行者之間的橋樑。您對語言的熱情,加上您的語言技巧,將使每次互動都令人難忘。以下是您的工作內容:

航班預訂和酒店訂房::

- 利用您的語言技巧,協助旅客預訂航班,確保舒適的住宿,並編排夢幻般的行程。
- 想像自己是一位指揮家,編排旅行安排的交響樂。

簽證協助和行程規劃::

- 幫助旅客處理簽證流程,確保他們擁有正確的文件。
- 精心設計個性化的行程,融合冒險、放鬆和文化融入。

客戶查詢和投訴解決::

- 成為另一端友好的聲音,回答有關行李額、旅行保險等方面的問題。
- 當出現問題時(因為即使是最好的旅程也會有意外),以優雅的方式處理投訴,比子彈列車更快地找到解決方案。

建立信任和忠誠::

- 您溫暖的態度和無可挑剔的語言技巧將與客戶建立持久的關係。
- 將自己視為旅行的知己,分享內幕提示和秘密景點。

要求:
- 精通
台灣語言(普通話)和
英語。

- 擅長多任務處理,在千次起飛的壓力下保持冷靜。
- 優秀的溝通技巧(口語和書面)。

Travel Customer Service Representative (Taiwanese Language Speaker)About Us:

Your Role:

As our
Taiwanese Language Speaker, you'll be the bridge between wanderlust and wanderers. Your passion for travel, paired with your linguistic finesse, will make every interaction memorable.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Flight Bookings and Hotel Reservations:

  • Use your linguistic prowess to assist travelers in booking flights, securing cozy accommodations, and curating dreamy itineraries.
  • Imagine being the maestro orchestrating a symphony of travel arrangements

Visa Assistance and Itinerary Planning:

  • Help travelers navigate the visa process, ensuring they have the right documents for their escapades.
  • Craft personalized itineraries that blend adventure, relaxation, and cultural immersion.

Customer Queries and Complaint Resolution:

  • Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, answering queries about baggage allowances, travel insurance, and more.
  • When hiccups happen (because even the best journeys have detours), handle complaints with grace and find solutions faster than a bullet train.

Building Trust and Loyalty:

  • Your warm demeanor and impeccable language skills will create lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Think of yourself as the travel confidante, sharing insider tips and secret spots.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in
    Taiwanese (Mandarin) and
    English.
  • Passionate about travel and cultural exchange.
  • Adept at multitasking and staying cool under the pressure of a thousand takeoffs.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • A sprinkle of wanderlust in your veins.

Pay:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
