当社は、熱意あふれる旅行カスタマーサービスサポートスタッフ(日本語話者)を募集しております。この職種では、日本語を話すお客様の最初の窓口となり、卓越したサービスを提供し、お客様の旅行体験がシームレスで楽しいものになるように努めていただきます。

責任内容:

- 電話、電子メール、チャットを通じて、タイムリーかつプロフェッショナルな対応でお客様からの問い合わせに答え、すべての質問や懸念事項に効果的に対応します。
- フライト、ホテル、レンタカー、アクティビティなど、旅行手配の予約と変更をサポートします。
- 旅行先、ビザ要件、旅行情報に関する正確な情報を調査・提供します。
- 予約、キャンセル、旅行の乱れに関連する顧客の問題をトラブルシューティングして解決します。
- 支払い処理を行い、正確な顧客請求情報を確認します。
- 常に前向きでプロフェッショナルな態度で接し、顧客との信頼関係を築きます。
- 会社のポリシーと手順を順守しながら、顧客サービスの期待を超えます。
- ポジティブで協調性のあるチーム環境づくりに貢献します。

資格:

- ネイティブの日本語話者で、英語の読み書きに非常に流暢です。
- カスタマーサービスまたは関連分野での最低1年の経験。
- 優秀な問題解決能力と分析能力。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル。
- 自立して、またチームの一員としても働ける能力。
- マイクロソフトオフィススイートと旅行業界向けソフトウェアに熟練していること (プラス)
- 旅行への情熱と観光業界への深い理解 (プラス)

Job Description (English)


We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Support Representative (Japanese Speaker) to join our growing team In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Japanese-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
  • Research and provide accurate information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
  • Process payments and ensure accurate customer billing information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while exceeding customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Native Japanese speaker with excellent fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and travel industry software (a plus).
  • A passion for travel and a strong understanding of the tourism industry (a plus).

Pay:
RM2, RM10,000.00 per month
