Company Overview
Our clientwas incorporated in January 1997. The Company's primary business is in the innovative hydraulic injection piling system.

In fact the company is the first in Malaysia to introduce the 800T Hydraulic Injection Piling System which is free of Noise, Vibration and Pollution.

Since then they have successfully completed more than 100 piling projects in Malaysia & Australia. They have now 16 units of the piling machines to cope with the demand on this piling system.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for claims, cost management and prepare progress claim, final account, valuation and contract of works
  • Manage and monitor contractual issues for outgoing projects
  • Attend site measurements, site meetings, and site visits
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management
  • Responsible in the overall contract administration, including preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with contractors and other relevant duties.
  • Establish management's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
  • Preparation of budget for project including preparation of Bills of Quantities and Cost Plan.
  • To assist in the coordination with consultants on the preparation of tender document, tender drawings, specifications for calling of tender/ tender exercise.
  • To assist in the shortlisting and evaluation of fee proposals / tender submitted by consultants / contractors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Able to work independently and efficiency with less supervision and hardworking
  • Able to work independently and good teamwork attitude.
  • Optimistic, friendly, helpful, and proactive and take initiative to research issues, analytical and problem solving.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Proficient in written & spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Looking for
    Mandarin speaker to liaise with China counterpart.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.

Salary:
RM3, RM4,600.00 per month
