About this opportunity:


We are now looking for a Contract Manager to draft and drive the negotiation of commercial terms and conditions for telecom contracts and maximize value throughout the contract management lifecycle.

You will work in close collaboration with our Customer Unit, Core 3 roles and legal affairs.

What you will do:

  • Have a longterm and proactive role to develop contractual strategies and execute them throughout their lifecycle.
  • Drive contract management activities from qualification to proposal, contract negotiation and throughout contract execution.
  • Draft and negotiate contract terms for new and expansion contracts, in adherence to Ericsson Business Delegation (EBD) and obtaining requisite approvals.
  • Monitor contract execution, assess risk, handle corrective actions and negotiate changes, ensuring that the parties live up to contract obligations.
  • Execute duties according to good industry practice and adhering to Ericsson Sales Process and the associated Core Three roles.
  • Drive long term improvement in terms and conditions from a commercial and legal perspective, creating and protecting addon sales and upsell opportunities.
  • Contribute to securing the financial result (margins, working capital, addon sales and upselling) in collaboration with KAM and Delivery responsible (CFR).
  • Proven years of experience, in Contract Management/Project Management/Sales in Pre/Post Award or both.

The skills you bring:

  • Education: Graduate degree in relevant discipline such as law/business administration/finance/engineering)
  • Min years of experience:
  • Proven experience negotiating and administering contracts in one or more roles: Contract Management, Legal, Project Management, or Sales
  • Preferred but not required: experience in Telecom contracting.
