Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Planning and Execution: Develop and implement supply chain plans to meet customer demand, while minimizing inventory levels and maximizing efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that products are available to meet customer demand, while minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of products to customers.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure that Viatris receives the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Supply Chain Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, such as supply disruptions and inventory obsolescence.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure that supply chain plans are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.
